If your clients or customers think you are bigger and better - the cost may be worth many times your initial investment!

If you hire only two individuals over the next year your cost is reduced to only $800.00 per hire. The average national cost per hire is $4000.00!

 What should you expect when we manage both your Career Portal and your "Back Office"?

Write and post new positions each month as they become open.

Post one (1) position each 30 day period on any one of your choice; CareerBuilder, Hot Jobs or Monster.

 Positions will also be posted on up to fourteen (14) additional job boards (Craiglist, Jobvertize, Jobspider, Resume Reserve, Smuz, Indeed, Simply Hired, Jobster, Linkedin, Facebook, Myspace, The New York Post, ZoomInfo and SoloGig).

 An automatic email will be sent immediately to each person who registers with the message that their application has been received and is being considered

Screen candidates for the position they applied for and only the best are forwarded to the companies Hiring Manager and/or the HR Manager. The rest of the candidates will remain in your Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for later review. For example, if an excellent Sales Representative applies through your portal at a time when you are not looking for sales professionals, that candidate will be easily accessible the next time you have a sales position come open!
 

What is your cost?

 Pay a monthly service fee of $2100.00. (Deduct $100.00 per month for each posting less than 5. Add $100 for each posting over 5)
 

You're only other responsibility?

 Email position(s) you wish posted to your Search-Xpress assigned Career Portal manager who will craft the ad and send it to you for review.
